Dear Rud, Ann, Kate, and Amy,
I was so sorry to learn of Jay's passing. I never had the privilege of getting to know Jay, but feel as if I did through your warm stories, writings, and Kate's contribution to our sibling book and her amazing eulogy. ( I have shared the link to Kate's eulogy with members of our SibNet on Facebook community.)
Jay's legacy is the creation of services and respect for families of people with disabilities all over the US and beyond - which I have to think is not bad work for a guy who never learned to read !
Please accept our deepest sympathy and please know you and your entire family are in our prayers.
