Dear Ann, Rud, Amy & family, and Kate,

The Santelli-Pollard's hearts are so heavy today, as are the many whose lives were touched by knowing JT. We are honored to have spent time working with him in the Central Office, and think of him regularly in our house as we remind ourselves to "take small bites" or "take deep breaths!" He was, and will continue to be, so well loved!

I can almost see my mom's joyful smile as she welcomes both Ursula, and now JT, to her afterlife world!!
