Dear Rud and Ann,
I am so sorry to hear about JT's passing. Please know that you and your family are included in our prayers.
My time at KU holds so many memories of JT, but the most stirring in this moment was the party at his home during my first year of study. We sat singing James Taylor (for me always the second JT) with JT leading the chorus and verse. It was a moment for me that speaks to the heart of community--sharing the very best that we each can offer by being present in a moment together.
There is little we can do to replace your loss, but please call upon us if there is anything we might be able to do for you--even just to listen.
