Dear Rud, Ann, Amy, and Kate,
I've had this card over 2 weeks now, hoping the right words to say would come to me. Well, they haven't because there is no way to put my condolances or what Jay meant to me in words. I'm so so sorry for your loss. I only knew Jay for a little over 2 years but he was such a huge part of my life. He was this reliable, steady person in a world filled with so much uncertainty and chaos. He brought me down to earth and reminded me to appreciate the little things like how good singing your favorite song could make you feel. Life will never be the same without him, but I thank God every day for bringing Jay into my life. I hope that you all will stay in my life as well as your kindness and love made me feel so welcome. My love and prayers always.
