Dear Ann, Rud, Amy, and Kate,

I want to express our deepest sympathies for your loss. I can only imagine the loss of a child or a sibling. How profound this time must be for you all. Jay was known and loved by so many, and had such a positive impact on so many in our field. I hope you are getting time to take care of youselves. My first reaction was to call you right away but I knew that so many people would be doing the same. Our thoughts have been with you all at this difficult time.
