Dear Ann, Rud, Amy, Kate, and families,,
Please accept our sincere condolences for the very sad loss of Jay, your much-loved son and brother.
We hope it brings you some comfort to know that Jay's legacy will live on.
His life, and the experiences of your family, have inspired parents throughout the world, and given them the hope and courage to pursue an enviable life for their disabled sons and daughters - a life just like Jay's.
