From Annie Anderson

Thank you Nancy,

For sending your note and a copy of Jay’s eulogy—it was so well written and meaningful to me.

My thoughts and prayers have been with Ann and Rud since I first heard the news of Jay’s passing.

It was good to hear a bit about how the celebration of his life went from someone who was able to be there.

Many years ago and the first time I met Ann and heard her talk about Jay and his life--- I quietly but with great purpose stored his story away in my heart with fervent wishes and heartfelt determination that my son George would have that “enviable life” as well. At age 22 George is now in his own apartment, is gainfully employed, has friends and enjoys his little niche in his community.

Without having ever met my son George, or my family-- Jay and his family planted a seed in me that let me know it was OK to wish for utopia for our kids, dream about the best possible scenario’s and then some and do everything possible to make it happen.
